WCE PTA Wins Shining Star Gold Level Award star

WCE PTA completed all the requirements to earn the Gold Level Shining Star Award this year! The criteria included items such as membership, programming, advocacy, training, etc. It is nice to know that we do truly shine! Way to go WCE PTA!

Please also join us in congratulating Jenni Bennett for being nominated for IL PTA Outstanding Volunteer of the Year! She has assisted with many Standing Committees in PTA and developed a reputation as the 'face' of the WCE PTA to many students and staff. Jenni makes herself available both in and out of school to answer PTA questions. Many of Jenni's fellow PTA members rely on her depth of experience and knowledge of our elementary school and the school district for guidance and assistance. She's an organized, diligent leader and a dependable committee member. We, in the PTA, are grateful for her service!
